Horticultural Apprenticeship Opportunity
Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an apprentice in horticulture. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working on landmark commercial and civic landscapes throughout Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Gaining hands-on experience across diverse commercial sites
- Assisting in the delivery of high-quality garden and turf maintenance
- Applying herbicides and pesticides safely and effectively under supervision
- Learning plant identification, seasonal care routines, and pest/disease recognition
- Participating in structured TAFE training — combining theory with practical assessments
- A genuine interest in getting trade qualified while being paid
- An interest in pursuing a career in the Landscape/Horticulture Industry
- Someone that wants a career with many great opportunities for advancement
- Training from experienced professionals
- Working on sites that others don't have the opportunity to
- Getting paid, while having a fulltime job and getting trade qualified
- A great work culture that will make you feel like one of the team on day one
