Senior Compliance Officer

This is a critical position within the organization responsible for driving compliance strategies across various business lines.
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance on complex compliance issues and develop solutions in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal audit and external auditors to ensure robust audit processes and address any findings.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and advise on implications for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior compliance role within a financial services organization.
