Job Opportunity:

Lead Accommodation Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with suppliers, manage teams, and foster relationships for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and effective management of all guest interactions
  • Monitor rates to maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Work closely with contracted suppliers to maintain hotel standards
  • Manage and develop a dedicated team, overseeing rostering, recruitment, training, and ongoing development
  • Foster and nurture existing relationships while driving new business growth

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel management experience or eagerness to take the next step in their career with a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in reservations and managing third-party websites
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue sales and account management
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and written communication skills
  • A strong background in front office operations, with the ability to implement procedures and processes
  • Previous experience using OPERA Cloud will be highly regarded
