Mounties Group is seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the internal audit program, including risk assessments and audit plans.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of financial and operational activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report on areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management teams to implement audit findings and recommendations.
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Internal Auditor with a strong background in accounting and risk management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications in accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders.
