About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Civil/Earthworks Supervisor to lead a high-profile mining project. This role requires a strong civil background, preferably within an EPCM or contractor environment, to manage civil earthworks contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil and earthworks activities for the project, including infrastructure, earthworks, piping, and non-process infrastructure facilities.
  • Collaborate with EPCM or contractor teams on large-scale mining or infrastructure developments.
  • Effectively manage civil earthworks contractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the execution of complex civil works, including road construction, surface water management, and infrastructure development.
