
High-Performance Support Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team as the Team Leader, Support Services.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a passion for supporting essential services in health and community care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of dedicated staff, helping deliver high-quality support services that directly support the wellbeing of our consumers.
You will be at the forefront of team coordination – setting priorities, allocating tasks, and overseeing routines to ensure all support services are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
About You:
You're a confident and capable leader who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality support services. With strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset, you're ready to lead by example and make a positive impact.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven ability to supervise teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and deliver staff training and development initiatives.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience planning and coordinating multiple priorities under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including Food Safety Standards, the SA Food Act, and SA Healthcare Cleaning Standards 2021.
- Strong administrative skills and experience using data systems, with a clear understanding of quality, safety, and HR principles.
