Senior Contract Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex contracts within a well-established and supportive environment, contributing to the success of major capital projects in the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of procurement and contract management across a portfolio of capital contracts.
- Lead key commercial negotiations and ensure supplier partnerships deliver long-term value.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for projects.
- Liaise with senior project stakeholders to deliver strategic procurement outcomes.
- Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive supplier performance and contract compliance.
- Demonstrate ability to produce high-quality commercial deliverables, including data-driven strategies.
- Engage effectively with internal stakeholders while influencing external supplier relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in end-to-end contract management, including tendering, evaluation, and negotiation within large capital projects — ideally in the mining, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Strategic mindset to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to working across multidisciplinary teams.
