Role Overview:

Catherine House has supported women out of homelessness since 1988. Our vision is a society where all women are safe, supported and empowered to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement peer-to-peer and community fundraising initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, workplaces and community groups to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate workplace and school giving programs, campaigns and events to grow annual income.
  • Support community fundraisers and ambassadors to achieve success in their activities.
  • Contribute to marketing and communications efforts to promote fundraising campaigns and increase awareness.

About You:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in fundraising, preferably with schools, workplaces or community partners.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful fundraising campaigns and meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in relationship management and community engagement.
  • Creativity, initiative and a collaborative spirit.
