Lead Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a digital marketing professional to lead our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in generating leads and managing Meta and LinkedIn campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute end-to-end Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
- Set up and manage conversion tracking across platforms (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4)
- Create detailed performance reports in Looker Studio with actionable insights and recommendations
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics
- A data-driven mindset with expertise in targeting and analytics
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in lead generation
- Strong background in running Meta and LinkedIn campaigns (bonus points for experience with paid lead gen and engagement)
- Proficiency in setting up and managing conversions and custom events
- Ability to create and interpret campaign performance reports
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving campaign or reporting issues
- Proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and contribute to Google Ads management
- Google Analytics 4 Experience
- Experience in real estate/property and health sector marketing
