- Welcome and greet customers, providing exceptional customer relations.
- Manage arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out processes, telephone switchboard duties, and maintenance of information media for customers.
- Serve as the primary contact between various resort services, meetings and events sales offices, and client companies.
- Coordinate the Meetings and Events service, guaranteeing smooth group stays.
- Evaluate and maintain Club Med quality standards in the Meetings and Events area.
- Oversee the economic and qualitative results of the Meetings and Events department within the resort.
- Ensure adherence to Club Med health and safety rules and maintenance of resort assets.
As a G.O Meetings and Events Coordinator at Club Med, you will have access to our resort's infrastructures and activities. This role offers opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
