About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Project Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the successful completion of high-profile projects.

  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes for senior executives
  • Provide document control, correspondence tracking, records management
  • Support HR, finance, procurement, and office logistics functions
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication
  • Deliver Local Systems Administrator support for timesheet management

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our project teams. This includes:

  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing document control, correspondence tracking, and records management
  • Supporting HR, finance, procurement, and office logistics functions
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
