About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with strong technical skills and commercial outlook to join our team as an Associate.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements for complex transactions
  • Conducting due diligence and preparing reports for cross-jurisdictional deals
  • Attending settlements and negotiating with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Providing project management advice to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years PQE in real estate law (private practice) with a focus on technical skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks
