Real Estate Lawyer Position

Overview of Job Responsibilities

The Technology, Real Estate and Commercial Legal team provides legal and strategic advice on complex transactions. This role involves working on APAC office and retail leasing, construction agreements and general commercial matters.

We are seeking a real estate lawyer with expertise in corporate leasing and construction arrangements. You will have experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate and construction contracts.

Strong advisory skills and the ability to provide quality client service are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Australia and have at least 4 years' PQE in the real estate or construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate and construction contracts;
  • Providing advisory services on real estate and construction matters;
  • Working closely with internal clients on local and global projects.
