About the Role

As a seasoned contract administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of projects within our facades team.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise and contribute to the growth and development of our business while overseeing the coordination of facade projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving HSEQ efforts to ensure subcontractors adhere to rigorous safety standards.
  • Owning contract administration, including head contract claims and notices of delay, to drive operational efficiency.
  • Managing procurement, tender schedules, and price comparisons to optimize project outcomes.
  • Leveraging quality assurance processes to elevate quality and ensure supplier compliance.
  • Maintaining financial discipline through effective cashflow management, forecasting, and progress claims.
  • Fostering collaboration and mentoring across teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Contributing to ongoing improvement and evolution of facade systems and documentation.
  • Facilitating communication and resolving issues with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

To succeed in this role, we seek an individual with a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar and prior experience in interpreting and administering head contracts and managing subcontractor agreements.
