Compassionate Caregiver

As a compassionate caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. This rewarding role involves providing personalized clinical care and empathetic support to individuals in need.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate empathy and a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge of clinical issues related to ageing, including dementia and managing challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities- Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
- Managing and supervising care workers to ensure the highest standard of care
- Conducting client assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual needs
- Monitoring clients' care needs and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans
- Providing treatment as required and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of aged care services and ability to work within a diverse team
