
Clinical Leadership Specialist

The role of a Clinical Lead is to provide leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations in a multidisciplinary team environment.
This includes:
- Developing and managing a team, delivering specialist community intensive based treatment for adults with an eating disorder.
- Optimising clinical processes and individual client outcomes.
- Effectively managing human and physical resources.
- Facilitating service development at a regional level.
Candidates must possess:
- A Registered Nurse qualification and a specialist tertiary graduate or post graduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification.
- A current Working with Children Registration.
A minimum of 3 years experience in mental health or relevant field, experience and/or interest in working with people experiencing eating disorders or other mental health conditions.
Working ArrangementsThis is a fixed term part time position, working up to 45.6 hours per fortnight, available from commencement until 4 August 2026.
