We enable patient-centred care in NSW by providing technology services that connect people, data and systems. Our goal is to provide a digitally enabled and integrated health system for patients, clinicians and the community.

Our Program

We are midway through a journey to move from an on-premise HCM to a Cloud-based solution with recruitment, performance and talent and Core HR being deployed. This is a large, complex, challenging, and exciting program involving over 200,000 employees across NSW.

The Role

You will engage with stakeholder groups across our organisation to design, implement, and manage technology solutions in an HCM Cloud environment.

In this role, you will be allocated packages of work to coordinate end-to-end, from solution design to deployment and beyond. The focus is on improving user experience in the HCM Cloud system. You will report to either an HCM Operations, Release or Project lead.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to design, implement and manage technology solutions in an HCM Cloud environment.
  • Coordinate end-to-end work packages from solution design to deployment and beyond.
  • Focus on improving user experience in the HCM Cloud system.
What We're Looking For
  • Superior analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources and present findings in a compelling and articulate way.
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high-volume and demanding professional environment.
  • Functional Cloud HCM knowledge and experience, preferably Oracle.
  • Experience working in Cloud or supporting Cloud HCM or similar environments.
  • Extensive experience delivering agreed business requirements and outcomes through engagement, research, analysis, design, test and deploy to meet business initiatives and operational needs.
