We're on the hunt for a results-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class customer service and addressing the needs of customers with a smile
  • Surprising and delighting customers with consistent, delicious food offerings that exceed their expectations
  • Maintaining accurate department signage and pricing to ensure a smooth shopping journey
  • Stocking and cleaning shelves, frozen, and dairy cases to perfection
  • Maintaining back stock in good order to prevent any delays or disruptions
  • Assisting with food crew sampling programs and maintaining sample areas to showcase our products in the best light
  • Following and complying with all applicable health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have previous customer service experience, be customer-focused, enjoy working in a team, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about good food.
