Restaurant Floor Manager & Team Leader


As the head of our restaurant floor, you will oversee team delegation and customer service, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. You will be responsible for task allocation and accountability at the end of each shift.


It is preferred that candidates possess RCG or are willing to obtain it before commencing employment. While experience is beneficial, it is not essential. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with our chef and head chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.


Excellent presentation skills are required, and we offer training to the right applicant. Our location in the heart of Surry Hills provides an ideal working environment.
