**Job Title: Floor Supervisor (Part-Time, Full-time)**
**Location**: 3-minute walk from Manly Wharf

**We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Floor Supervisor to join our team at an Izakaya restaurant near Manly Wharf.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the floor and ensure smooth service
- Manage and train front-of-house staff
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Assist with stock management and general restaurant operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for great food and customer service
