Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Access Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and analyzing business requirements for access management solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to document and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, cyber or identity access management projects, and be proficient in data profiling and data quality assessment. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements for IAM solutions
  • Examine current and proposed business processes to ensure they are aligned with IAM policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Create detailed documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows
  • Participate in testing and validation of IAM solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and security standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including end-users, leadership, and peers
  • Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks related to business requirements and processes
  • Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for identity and access management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data profiling and data quality assessment
  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient documentation skills
  • Ability to effectively elicit and document requirements and analyze business processes
