Job Title: Enterprise Access Specialist

Description:

The main objective of this project is to optimize authority setup for customers and bankers, ensuring clarity and understanding on access roles.

A phased approach will be employed: first, design and agreement; second, delivery. This allows for cross-enterprise support and research before implementing changes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include reduction in banker processing time, SLA to update authorities, complaints, reportable events, non-lending losses, and vulnerable customer impact.

Deliverables include customer research and insights, customer journey map/service blueprint, and removal of manual data entry into systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design forms that provide clear access for different persons depending on sections filled in
  • Develop a system to ensure channels and account authority are aligned
  • Reduce potential losses to vulnerable customers and business customers
  • Increase understanding of authorities and access among customers and bankers
