The Role:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Henderson, WA. This role supports operations across Australia and involves recruiting a diverse array of roles – from office-based support staff to blue-collar project and shutdown workers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles
  • Supporting fast-paced project and shutdown recruitment efforts
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using networks and industry knowledge
  • Ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting operational deadlines
  • Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to organizational processes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years' experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume or project-based recruitment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An inquisitive mindset – not afraid to ask questions to get the job done right
  • Ability to work through ambiguity while following processes
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
