The Role and Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Henderson, WA. This role supports operations across Australia and will see you recruit a wide variety of roles – from office-based support staff to blue-collar project and shutdown workers.

If you thrive on variety, enjoy working across different industries and role types, and have a strong background in high-volume and project-based recruitment, we want to hear from you.

1. Managing end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles
2. Supporting fast-paced project and shutdown recruitment efforts
3. Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
4. Proactively sourcing candidates using your networks and industry know-how
5. Ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting operational deadlines
6. Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to company processes

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
2. Demonstrated experience in high-volume or project-based recruitment
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. An inquisitive mindset – you’re not afraid to ask questions to get the job done right
5. Ability to work through ambiguity while following processes
6. A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
