Business Intelligence Professional

Job Overview:

The role of a Business Intelligence Professional involves leveraging data analysis and forecasting techniques to drive business growth and optimisation. This position requires a strong understanding of data analytics, workforce planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve workforce efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Design and deliver actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Embed business intelligence practices across supported businesses to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the development of new analytical solutions and application of advanced techniques.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to address key business challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to support requirements definition, report scope, and planning.
  • Experience in predictive modelling, time series forecasting (ARIMA, STL, ETS), A/B testing, spatial analytics, and workforce optimisation.
  • Understanding of quantitative activities such as scenario forecast modelling and workforce analytics.
  • Experience with large data sets and data analysis tools such as SQL and SAS.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience in computer science, statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact centre or related disciplines.
