Program Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to deliver therapeutic group programs for children and families, strengthen referral pathways and community support networks, and build workforce capacity in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic group programs for children and families
Strengthen referral pathways and community support networks
Build workforce capacity in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related discipline
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong understanding of child and youth development, mental health and wellbeing frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating or delivering early intervention programs in school or community settings
  • Understanding of trauma-informed, culturally safe and inclusive practices
  • Excellent organisational, communication and report writing skills
  • Warm, relational approach in dynamic program environments
