Overview

Through being successful in receiving a grant, we are introducing an integrated service and training initiative aimed at strengthening the mental health and wellbeing of children, families, and the professionals who support them. The Pathways to Wellbeing Program Lead role will deliver therapeutic group programs for children and families, strengthen referral pathways and community support networks, and build workforce capacity in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.

Role details

Pay rate: $53.17 per hour

Position type: Maximum Term Part-Time until 31 August 2026

Location: Campbelltown

What you bring to the role
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related discipline
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong understanding of child and youth development, mental health and wellbeing frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating or delivering early intervention programs in school or community settings
  • Understanding of trauma-informed, culturally safe and inclusive practices
  • Excellent organisational, communication and report writing skills
  • Warm, relational approach in dynamic program environments
