Job Title: Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team in the Northern NSW region. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting participants with communication disorders.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians to work closely with a supportive multi-disciplinary team, while also contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants with diverse communication needs, delivering high-quality therapy services in a timely and impactful manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised therapy plans
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to improve quality of life for participants
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support for participants
  • Mentoring junior clinicians to develop their skills and expertise

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Therapist
  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
  • A fun, team-first approach to work
