We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in the Northern NSW region. The ideal candidate will have experience working with paediatric caseloads and be able to deliver flexible work options.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Speech Therapist to support participants in Ballina, Byron Bay, and Mullumbimby. Our multi-disciplinary team provides Allied Health services across various locations, delivering high-quality care to thousands of participants each year.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced clinicians, supporting the community with services including Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely and impactful manner
- Supporting participants across settings – home, school, and the broader community
- Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
- Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
- Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Post-graduate experience as a Speech Therapist
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
