About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Speech Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team in Northern NSW. As a Speech Therapist, you will work closely with participants, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that promote effective communication and improve quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working in the community and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions that address a range of communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of participants with communication disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to address a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
  • Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to the growth and development of the team

Requirements:

  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Therapist
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
