Financial Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our small but effective data team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a finance background or good knowledge of finance business operations to move towards a more analytical role. You will work closely with our stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial reports, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

The successful candidate will have excellent SQL skills, be proficient in using Cognos and Power BI, and have experience working with financial data. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain key financial reports, including APRA and RBA reports
  • Analyse and transform financial data using SQL, Cognos, and Power BI
  • Identify trends and opportunities across the organisation
  • Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
