Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Industrial Portfolio in Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support to our projects, ensuring timely and profitable delivery in line with customer requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Strategic Directions: Work with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for the Industrial Portfolio, ensuring growth and development in the region.
- Tender Selection and Quotations: Ensure effective selection of tenders and preparation of quotations, ensuring they are properly vetted and approved.
- Operational Results and Corrective Actions: Monitor and analyze operational results, implementing effective corrective actions where required to ensure optimal performance.
- Project Review and Reporting: Ensure all Monthly Project Review paperwork is submitted by Project Managers within the required timeframe, to a high quality, and compliant with all requirements.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership, direction, and inspirational management to all team members, while coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure all activities across all sites and projects are undertaken in the safest possible manner, and in accordance with company HSE policies and procedures.
- Qualifications: Qualifications in a trade, engineering, business, or project management.
- Experience: Extensive experience in the preparation and management of budgets.
- Leadership and Management: Strong, demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of people.
- Communication and Negotiation: Highly developed communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Conflict Resolution and Prioritization: Strong conflict resolution skills, coupled with the ability to organize and prioritize demands and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the demonstrated ability to build and foster strong relationships.
