**About the Role:**

Our organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our clients organization.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, conducting supplier payment runs, reviewing and selecting ledger codes, and addressing any accounts payable queries or issues that arise.

You will thrive in this dynamic environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable roles, proficiency in cloud-based accounting programs like Xero, and familiarity with automated accounts payable/expense management systems such as Lightyear.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct supplier payment runs promptly and efficiently.
  • Review and select appropriate ledger codes for invoices.
  • Address and resolve accounts payable queries and issues.
  • Contribute to month-end processing and reconciliation tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding payments and other queries.
  • Perform general office duties and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
