About the JobThis role plays a crucial part in inventory operations. As an Inventory Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of inventory-related paperwork, maintaining records, and supporting strategic stocking and cost control initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Inventory Processing: Process delivery manifests, stock issues, and material transfers with precision and efficiency
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely reporting to support business goals
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations
- Cost Code Allocation: Ensure correct cost code allocation in the ERP system in line with governance frameworks
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in getting things right the first time
