Job Description

As a senior designer in women's footwear, you will play a pivotal role in creating customer-centric product ranges that drive sales through innovative designs.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Trend forecasting: Utilize global trend research to identify and implement trends that add value to our products.
  • Ranging: Collaborate with the merchandise team to create commercial, customer-focused, and coordinated product ranges.
  • Product development: Design desirable and affordable products that reflect our brand's aesthetic and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in fashion design, graphic design, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing for a fast-paced, large-volume retail environment or supplier to DDS.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, and CAD software.
