Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend Board meetings and respective Board committees.
  • Actively participate in Board discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the organisation, including development of the organisation's strategic direction.
  • Ensure organisational compliance with all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the organisation's performance and provide constructive feedback to the CEO.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
