Test Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to oversee the testing and quality assurance of critical applications.

This role involves leading a high-performing test team across multiple environments, driving testing strategy and quality governance, introducing automated testing solutions, and ensuring project resourcing aligns with delivery priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise system testing and leadership, strong knowledge of SAP environments, and experience driving automation strategies.

Additional requirements include building high-performing teams, managing budgets, and having an ITIL certification. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is also required.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality applications.
  • Lead a team of skilled testers in planning, executing, and delivering testing projects on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing objectives.
  • Design and implement efficient testing processes and procedures to minimize costs and maximize coverage.
  • Monitor and report on testing metrics, quality insights, and delivery risks to stakeholders.
