Job Title: Practice Nurse - Opportunity for Growth
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality care to our patients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing services, including chronic disease management, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Assist with routine tasks related to patient care, such as venepuncture and ECGs, while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
- Participate in health promotion activities and provide education to patients, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the primary healthcare team to meet patient needs, promoting seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse qualification, with experience of working in a GP practice or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
