About the RoleOur healthcare team is seeking a skilled Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact in our community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services, including chronic disease management, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized nursing care to patients, adhering to industry guidelines and regulations.
- Assist senior staff members with routine tasks and contribute to quality improvement activities.
- Conduct various medical procedures, including ECGs, spirometry, and venepuncture.
- Maintain accurate records and update clinical templates on our electronic health record system.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience working within the UKCC Code of Professional Conduct and The Scope of Professional Practice
- Leadership and management skills
