**Job Title: Disability Support Worker**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with complex intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as domestic assistance and community access, meal preparation and assistance, and prioritizing tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and problem-solving skills, and a strong positive attitude. You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team, and to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $34.00 - $36.00 per hour, plus travel reimbursement. Our organization is committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment, and we offer opportunities for career development and growth.

The successful candidate will be required to hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Mental Health, and to possess a current First Aid and CPR certificate. Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is highly desirable.
