Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Assurance team in External Audit. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and leadership abilities.

About the Role:

  • Lead audit teams to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and career development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Assurance, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • SUCCESSFULLY LEAD HIGH-PERFORMING AUDIT TEAMS TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF SERVICES.
  • DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
  • IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY.
