We're seeking a Product Development Manager to support our ambitious roadmap for delivering exceptional travel experiences. The successful candidate will facilitate the development of a product vertical within our ecosystem, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Job Description

The Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution for products that drive growth and revenue. This includes:

  • Facilitating the development of new product features and services
  • Collaborating with engineering, commercial, and finance teams to execute on goals
  • Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem selection and statement to delivery and optimization
  • Setting, measuring, and improving success metrics for products
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in product management in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to talk fluently with leaders about financial concepts
  • Demonstrated success in defining metrics to manage excellent products
  • Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritization
