Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly clients by empowering their independence and enhancing their quality of life in their own homes.

About the Role
  • Assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.
  • Offer personal care support including hygiene, showering, dressing, meal assistance, and medication administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to accommodate evolving client needs and schedules is essential.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliably insured vehicle are also required.
