We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team.

This is a permanent – full-time role that will see you perform hospitality and catering duties in the Mess and Bar areas.

About The Role
  • Support the Hospitality and Catering team by consistently delivering a friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
  • Clean, sanitise and maintain equipment, furniture and premises, ensuring all required repairs and maintenance are reported.
  • Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, all cash is handled and banked in line with Company protocols, and any suspicious behaviour is immediately reported.
  • Assist with basic food preparation, as requested by the Head Chef.
About You
  • You must have current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Hold a Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Barista / bartending experience is highly valued.
  • Customer Service experience and working in a fast-paced environment are essential.

You must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to maintain a Defence clearance.
