Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled analyst to establish and manage digital products, provide data-driven insights, and support strategic planning across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and skills in data analytics tools and data visualisation, with experience in interpreting complex data and conveying information to non-technical users in a large environment.

About the Job:

  • Establish and manage digital product dashboards
  • Provide data-driven insights and metric tracking to support business decisions
  • Contribute to strategic planning and prioritise initiatives
  • Conduct research and compile information to support analysis and decision-making
  • Model collaborative behaviours

About You:

  • You are a self-driven, proactive, motivated, and autonomous practitioner with accountability and judgement skills
  • You possess customer service capability and advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and data visualisation
  • You have personal timekeeping and management skills and an ability to adapt
