Join a high-performing team at the forefront of digital transformation in the Media Industry. Our Sydney office located in World Square (near Town Hall Station) is currently trialling a
9-day fortnight
— with every second Friday off to rest and recharge
A day in the life?
The
Digital Product Analyst
will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. You will be the reporting and analysis lead for our product analytics, enabling us to gain deep insights into user behaviour across our owned and operated digital websites and mobile apps. These insights will be essential for the product team to enhance our digital products to better serve our customers' needs and achieve our business goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to leverage product data for informed decision-making, and ensure ongoing measurement is in line with business requirements.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, Media) preferred, with 4+ years in media, technology, strategy, or product teams, including 2+ years in digital product analytics.
Skilled in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Salesforce; familiarity with SQL and data warehousing is required. Experience with Google Cloud and BigQuery is advantageous.
Strong capability in visualizing data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Experience in A/B testing and experimentation, with strong problem-solving abilities and exposure to Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
