Senior Global Health Administrator

This role is an opportunity to work closely with leading researchers and stakeholders in a dynamic global health environment.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop skills in executive support, event management, and administrative leadership.
- Provide High-Level Assistance: Offer expert support to senior staff, managing complex schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Develop Administrative Systems: Design and implement efficient administrative processes, coordinate short courses, and support staff recruitment and induction procedures.
- Facilitate Communication and Events: Organise conferences, seminars, and events, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Support Institute Operations: Assist with content management, office space coordination, and Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
- A proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced research setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
