About the Opportunity

The Global Land Coordinator will oversee the operational and administrative aspects of our land programs.

This role will develop processes for managing day-to-day administration, including creating content such as newsletters to showcase program value.

In addition, this role involves streamlining operations and managing various programs, maximizing visibility and accessibility of content through effective management of admin tools and capabilities.

  • Land Program Management:
    • Collaborate with partnerships teams to manage daily administration, ensuring systems and processes are updated, and providing regular reports to partnership teams and finance teams.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Daily data extraction from Cvent
    • Hotel master list management
    • Bi-annual supplier reconciliations
    • Bi-annual program rate auditing
  • Supply Team/Internal Support:
    • Manage administration, reporting, and process mapping for engagement platforms, including Once Hub, Salesforce, and Wix Websites.
    • Additionally, manage supplier/internal communication and global IATA database management.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Daily engagement platform management driving utilization both internally and externally
    • Daily management of the supply team product inbox in Salesforce, ensuring timely replies to all enquiries
    • Monthly IATA database management with supplier communication
  • Finance/Analytics and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with finance and Power BI teams to manage monthly refreshes of hotel and IATA mapping to ensure accurate dashboards.
    • Manage debt collection process and report regularly to supply partnerships teams on status, ensuring timely collection and minimal write-offs.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Monthly updates to hotel and IATA mapping
    • Monthly creation of key slides for distribution pack, including global results summary
    • Monthly supplier debt chasing and reporting
  • Supplier Engagement/Support:
    • Generate monthly business review slides and execute pay for placement opportunities for each supplier.
    • Ensure program collateral and content are updated, and a monthly newsletter showcasing program benefits is created and delivered with results reported to supply partnerships teams.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Monthly generation of business review slides
    • Monthly updating of hotel of the month feature
    • Fortnightly updating of banner advertising in hotel source
    • Monthly newsletter creation
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with supply, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment of strategies with overall business goals.
    • Provide expertise, guidance, and training to team members and internal customers.
    • Represent land program strategies and capabilities externally with suppliers and internally.
