Site Manager

Our award-winning client, a leading Design & Build company, has been operating for over a decade within the commercial fitout and refurbishment space.
Due to their continued success in the open tender market, there is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team and assist with ongoing and upcoming projects.
If you have experience in delivering commercial fitout projects, please consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries to ensure timely project completion.
- Liaise with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and meets their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to manage the construction program and ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure high standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance on site.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Site Manager working for a Head Contractor within the commercial fitout and refurbishment space.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a relevant trade background.
- Drive and focus for career progression and professional growth.
- Broad knowledge of OHS principles and practices.
- Excellent management skills to motivate and lead a team of sub-contractors to meet deadlines.
- Procore experience is highly desirable.
