Your Next Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Rodpak. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of productivity and quality across the site. You will motivate, lead and support a small team to achieve production goals and leverage your industry experience and problem-solving abilities to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of Rodpak.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Ensure that all team members go home in the same condition they came to work, prioritizing safety above production.
- Collaborative Culture: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting quality working relationships and deliverables.
- Team Development: Engage and empower team members, providing them with the tools and opportunities to develop their skills and take on new challenges.
- Machine Maintenance: Conduct regular safety checks on machines and forklifts across all areas, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Production Targets: Achieve production and quality targets, providing support and assistance to Area Leaders and personnel as needed.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute preventative maintenance tasks and promptly resolve any breakdowns that may occur.
- Supply Chain Management: Proactively monitor and resolve raw material supply issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.
About You
- 3-5 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to train, supervise, mentor, motivate, and influence team members within the area of responsibility.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of production processes and maintenance management.
- Safety conscious and solutions focused.
- A forklift license is desirable, but not required.
